  • Yes. I’m approved in New York to perform secure remote online notarizations. I can notarize for clients anywhere in the U.S. (or even abroad) as long as I’m in New York.

  • I handle estate planning documents (wills, trusts, power of attorney), real estate transactions (refinance, seller, HELOC), healthcare forms, affidavits, consent forms, and general notarizations.

  • The state fee is $2 per signature. For convenience, travel, or bundled services (such as estate packages), I may charge additional service fees.

  • A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, passport, or state ID). For remote notarizations, you’ll also need a webcam and internet access.

  • Yes, through remote online notarization. You can be anywhere — the key requirement is that I’m commissioned in New York.

  • Remote notarizations are often same-day. Mobile appointments depend on your location and my availability.

  • No. I only verify identity and witness signatures. If you need legal advice, you’ll need to speak with an attorney.
